To provide a development processor for preventing corrosion of a drying part and deterioration in quality of a sensitive material.

The development processor 10 comprises: a loading part 12 for loading a cartridge P storing a film F; a developing part 14 for performing development processing on the film F; and a drying part 16 provided in the downstream side of the developing part 14 and for drying the film F from the developing part 14. The developing part 14 is provided with: a plurality of processing tanks 22 for filling processing liquid different in kinds respectively; and a gas exhaust part 38 for exhausting gas through an exhaust opening 40 after decomposing/deodorizing odor gas generated from the processing liquid by ozone. The ozone generated by an ozone generator 46 of the exhaust part 38 is divided into the inside and the outside of a reaction chamber 42 by a guide member 48 to be guided into the exhaust opening 40 and the drying part 16.
