Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the deviation counter where hardware is not complicated and there are less retsrictions on a maximum response frequency.
CONSTITUTION: When the extent of deviation between a command pulse commanding the + or - direction and a feedback pulse is counted, only +2 is counted in the case of a first condition that the command purse of the + direction ana the feedback pulse of the + direction are inputted, and only -2 is counted in the case of a second condition that the command pulse of the - direction and the feedback pulse of the -direction are inputted, and the counting operation is not performed in the case of a third condition that the command pulse and the feedback pulse different by directions are inputted.
