Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated fiberboard producing machine which can respond quickly and precisely to variance of tension in base papers.
SOLUTION: A means for detecting tension variance is equipped with guiding rollers 68, 69 which are located respectively in an upstream side and a down stream side against a dancer roll 62 and make machine directions of both base papers in the upstream side and the downstream side nearly parallel with an extending direction of a rack. A piston/cylinder mechanism can be controlled in its energizing force based on tension acting on the dancer roll by the both papers in the upstream and downstream sides. A pressing rolls have shorter axial lengths than a length of a driving roll and plural rolls which are arranged nearly strait along with an axial direction of the driving roll.
