Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form the load supporting body of a device adapting a superconducting magnet to a shape which is balanced in rigidity against loads applied in each direction.
CONSTITUTION: A load supporting body 3 is fitted to a fitting pedestal 19 fitted to a helium container 2 and the pedestal 20 is coupled with an outer tank 6. A liquid nitrogen container 21 which is also used as a radiation shield is coupled with the nitrogen temperature section 4 of the supporting body 3.
