Abstract:

To adjust a delay of a high frequency signal in detail with a simple method to the utmost.

A strip line 41 is formed to a rear side of a stationary board 1, a strip line 42 is formed on the front side of a slide board 2, strip lines 43, 44 are formed to the front side of the board 3, and the strip lines 42, 44 are connected by a coaxial cable 5. The board 3 is mounted on a base, the board 2 is inserted to its slide hole 10, the board 1 is overlapped on the board 2 so that the strip line 41 is in contact with the strip lines 42, 43, and screws 61-64 are used to fix the board 1 in the case of assembling. When the slide board 2 is moved by loosening the screws 61-64, the entire length formed by the contact between the strip lines 41, 42 is changed to adjust the delay in the signal on the strip line.
