To provide a device for air laying a material having a shape of a fiber or particles over a traveling band.
This device for air laying a fibrous material or a particle material is provided by comprising at least a limited space 10 arranged at a first surface of at least partially air penetrable endless band 2, which forms a traveling band, and the inside of which space 10 is at a reduced pressure on operation, and the band 2 is intended to travel continuously by exceeding the space 10. The travel occurs simultaneously with the passage of the band 2 through the space 10 and a suck of the air, and the space 10 is limited by two long side surface having extended parts consistent with the traveling direction of the band 2, two short side surface joining the long side surface and a base plate 5 installed with the side surfaces. In this invention, at least one rotatable supporting element 6 is placed in the space 10 for prohibiting a downward bend of the traveling band, and has a rotating direction essentially consistent with the traveling direction of the band 2.
