Abstract:

To analyze the trend of abnormalities in plant equipment from a working report on maintenance and inspection work.

A server computer 1 functions as a working report storage means for storing the data in the working report on the maintenance and inspection work on plant equipment sent from a client computer 5 of portable terminal units 4, a word extraction means for extracting a word identical with either of words meaning abnormalities and preregistered words to be used as words meaning regions of the plant equipment from reporting statements in the working report for a time specified by the client computer 5 in the working reports stored by the working report storage means and an extraction frequency counting means for count the extraction frequency of each word extracted by the word extraction means in each interval made by dividing the specified time by a predetermined unit time to create a database 3.
