PURPOSE: To check whether a screw is intentionally loosened or not by providing a thin film capable of being broken through by the use of a driver or the like between the screw and a second end part on a first end part.
CONSTITUTION: A screw 11 is fastened as a rule and then loosened again, and so as to be able to confirm whether it is newly fastened or not, the body surface of a first end part 1 is formed into a rotatable surface, and a thin film 6 capable of being broken through by the use of a driver or the like is provided on the first end part 1 between the screw 11 and a second end part 2. In this way, by setting the broken through thin film 6 after cutting off the second end part 2 as a key, it can be confirmed whether the screw 11 is newly operated or not.
