To obtain a device whose constitution is small-sized and where the influence of the magnetic noises of a motor or the like to a magnetic head, specially a leaked magnetic flux on a terminal side is effectively eliminated by having a magnetic shielding member provided at a constituent member which is opposed to the terminal of the motor and is not directly related to the motor.

This device possesses the magnetic head 11 reading information from the magnetic recording part of film, the motor 5 and the magnetic shielding member 17 provided at the constituent member that is opposed to the terminal of the motor 5 and is not directly related to the motor 5. The magnetic shielding member 17 constituted of a high magnetically permeable magnetic material is used at a part of the battery chamber 15 of the camera being the constituent member that is opposed to the terminal of the motor 5 for feeding the film and is not directly related to the motor 5 for feeding the film at this device. Thus, a magnetic flux leaking from the terminal side of the motor 5 is directed to the magnetic head 11 by performing an action as magnetic shielding for the terminal side of the motor 5, so that a noise magnetic flux leaking from the motor 5 for feeding the film is shielded.
