Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a uniform and stabilized coating film on a base film by setting the viscosity of a coating film soln. at a constant value.
CONSTITUTION: This device has a printing machine 12 for applying a coating film soln. 11 on a base film 1, a tank 13 for supplying the soln. 11 to the machine 12, a meter 14 to detect the viscosity of the soln. 11 in the tank 13 and a flowmeter 16 to set the charge of a liq. diluent 15 to the tank 13. The viscosity is detected every specified time by the meter 14, the detected value is compared with a preset value, and the flowmeter 16 is automatically set in accordance with the comparison result.
