Title:
DEVICE FOR ATTACHING ELECTRONIC MODULE ASSEMBLY TO SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006010694
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a weight sensor device equipped with a detection element having high sensibility, successful stability, successful environmental durability, high over-stress performance, and high parasitic load exclusion capacity.

An occupant weight sensor 1 (32) to be arranged between a flame 7 attached in a chassis and a second frame 8 for supporting a vehicle seat has a detection element 2 to which piezo resistors R1, R2, R3 and R4 interconnected electrically in a Wheatstone bridge constitution. The piezo resistors are electrically connected to an electronic device for adjustment stored in a space formed between two principal parts, and the resistances R1 and R4 are decreased and the resistances R2 and R3 are increased with increase in loading. The influence of parasitism loading on the detection element 2 is miniaturized by selecting the arrangement of the piezo resistor on the detection surface.
