PURPOSE: To obtain a sanitary sealed container easy to attach and detach by using a spring type fixing tool for attaching a lid in a manner to effect its free opening and closing at an attaching recess part of the lid.

CONSTITUTION: A fixing hole 15 and the engaging holes 6 of annular bands 3 are matched, the central pressing parts 10 of a fixing spring 9 are pressed together to set its ends 11 far apart and such ends are passed through the engaging holes 6 of the annular bands 3 and set into the fixing hole 15 of a connecting part 14 of a lid 13, whereby a container 1 and the lid 13 can be joined together by one touch control. To attach the lid 13 securely to the container 1, a metal buckle 7 having a hook ring 8 fastened with a screw 17 to a pivotal projecting part of the annular bands 3 is moved up and down to fix the hook ring 8 to a locking projection 16 of the lid 13.
