Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject device capable of lining and arranging raising seedling boxes, comprising a placing stand for placing raising seedling boxes, raising and dropping, an air cylinder for gripping the raising seedling boxes and horizontally transferring up to a belt conveyor, a rotatable and drivable caterpillar and controlling means of each part of machine.
CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically arranging raising seedling boxes is equipped with a raising seedling box placing stand 3 which loads raising seedling boxes 2 in a laminated state and has an elevator 21, an air cylinder 10 which is laid above the raising seedling box placing stand and holds the raising seedling box 2 at the highest stage of the placing stand 3 with gripping members 9 and 9', an air cylinder 11 for horizontally moving the air cylinder from the placing stand 3 to a belt conveyor 6, the belt conveyor 6 which is raised and dropped by a rising and falling cylinder 5 attached to the back of the placing stand 3, has a belt conveyor 8 rotating in the anticlockwise direction at the tip and is horizontally arranged, an air cylinder 7 which is laid at the back of the belt conveyor 6 and slantingly drives the tip of the belt conveyor 8 from the horizontal position downward, a caterpillar 4 which is installed below the placing stand 3 and rotated and driven in the clockwise direction and the whole controlling means for regulating each part of machine to line and arrange raising seedling boxes orderly in the ground.
