Abstract:
To discover the occurrence of forest fire in around two seconds, determine a position and launch a fire-extinguishing grenade to precisely guide to a fire site, measure a size of fire to thereby determine an explosion height of the fire-extinguishing grenade, making a time before the fire-extinguishing grenade is launched and exploded in around 10-seconds, perform the measurement and fire extinguishing fully automatically, and thereby prevent a secondary fire by the explosion of a device, and also eliminate the occurrence of a secondary disaster due to debris by the explosion.SOLUTION: Columns 4 are put up on square intersection points on a map, respectively. A monitoring camera 1 is placed on the column 4 and monitors fire constantly in 360 degrees, and an angle viewed from each column 4 of the fire point is measured. A position of the fire is calculated, and a fire-extinguishing grenade is launched and guided to a fire site to be exploded in the sky. A signal for guiding the fire-extinguishing grenade is obtained by information of the camera attached to a guidance device other than information of the column 4. Guidance means are obtained by an airplane, a rocket, a jet, a propeller, a wing, etc. The explosion height of the fire-extinguishing grenade is determined by measuring a range of the fire by the camera. The fragments after the explosion are made to be light, small and round corners. The material capable of being reused is landed at a landing point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
