To automatically fix a mobile building by using wind power generation when wind at a wind velocity, by which the mobile building starts to move, blows.
This device for automatically fixing a mobile building comprises three wind power generating fans 14 provided in the mobile building 1 having six wheels 4 travelling on rails 6 in a lower part thereof, a generator 15 connected to each of the wind generating fans, six rail fixing magnetic devices 10 fitted to a lower part of the mobile building so as to clamp the rails and the wheels by electrifying, a switch 26 provided between a power source 21 for a factory and the rail fixing magnetic device, a power source switch 25 for the magnetic device provided between the switch and the rail fixing magnetic device 7 so as to be turned on/off by a power source switch operating section 34, and a wind velocity determining section 30 for collecting wind velocity data from the generated power of the generator and, when a determination that the wind velocity reaches a predetermined wind velocity, at which the mobile building starts to move, is done in turn-off of the switch, for outputting an ON command for turning on the power source switch for the magnetic device to the power source switch operating section.
