PURPOSE: To automatically produce a printing plate by moving a printing frame up to a fixed position of a camera device by a first conveyor means to perform the exposure processing and moving it up to a position on one side of the camera device by a second coveyor means thereafter to perform the development processing.

CONSTITUTION: A printing frame 2 arranged in a first magazine 10 is sent from the first magazine 10 to a fixed alignment position 12 in the front of a camera device 5 by a first conveyor means 11. In this alignment position, an image corresponding to a desired printing pattern is transferred to the frame by direct projection. The printing frame 2 having an exposed coating is moved from the position in the front of the camera device to a left position of the camera device 5 by a second conveyor means 13, and the printing pattern is developed in this position. Thus, a plurality of printing plates are automatically produced.
