Abstract:
To provide a device which can be placed on an existing crimping machine, and automate with precision the step of stacking up fabrics in an adhesive interlining process for a wide variety of fabrics.SOLUTION: An adhesive interlining process automation device which is placed on a crimping machine includes: an entrance side sensor which detects a fabric moving along a belt conveyor; a camera with which the image of the fabric is obtained; image processing means which calculates, based on the image of the fabric, the amount of displacement of the fabric and the angle of inclination of the fabric; an exit side sensor which detects the fabric moving along the belt conveyor; a holding/transferring unit which holds and transfers the fabric; and a stacking table with which the fabric is rotated. The holding/transferring unit corrects the displacement of the fabric, and the stacking table corrects the inclination angle of the fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
