PURPOSE: To provide a bending device of Al or Al alloy extruded material capable of bending to the prescribed shape even in a case of small bending radius or in a case of complicated shape.
CONSTITUTION: An Al or Al alloy extruded material 10 to be bent is arranged through a fixing jig 1 and a movable jig 2. The movable jig 2 is moved along the prescribed orbit provided in the space expressed by the three dimensional Cartesian coordinates. A high frequency induction heating coil 5 is fitted to the extruded material 10 in the vicinity of an outlet part of the fixing jig 1. In addition, a spray nozzle 6 is arranged in the vicinity of an inlet part of the movable jig 2 to spray the cold water to the extruded material 10 before entering the movable jig 2.
