Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the workability by automatically bending a bending angle of a part to be bent of a peripheral part in the most suitable angle with a periphery bending roller along the curve of the peripheral part of a branch tube corresponding to the diameter of a main tube and the branch tube.
CONSTITUTION: A, range that a supporting rod 22 reciprocates is decided by the length of radius of a branch tube 2. Further, the branch tube by cutting a periphery in COS curve and forming in cylinder-like is mounted on a branch tube rotating table 8, and the periphery of the branch tube is clamped with a periphery bending roller 35. Then, when the branch tube rotating table is rotated and together the supporting rod 22 is reciprocated synchronizing with the rotation, the top end of a lever 32 attached on the top end of the supporting rod 22 freely rotating is also reciprocated, but the periphery bending roller 35 attached on the other end of the lever 32 can not move in the lateral direction, but descends along a guide spindle 45, so the lever 32 turns up and down at the fulcrum of the joining part. As the result, the periphery bending roller 35 fixed on the lever is also inclined, and the periphery of the branch tube 2 is bent.
