PURPOSE: To avoid the stoppage of the operation of a tool by forming a recess having its both sides opened longitudinally to a pile breaching tool guide sleeve pipe provided in a square base frame and discharging clod entering between the tool and a guide wall.

CONSTITUTION: A guide sleeve pipe 8 for a cutter 29 having a recess, whose both sides are opened longitudinally, formed therein is inserted in a square base frame assembled by a hollow foundation beam frame 5. Secondly, the cutter 29 with a knife edge 30 is fitted in the recess of the guide sleeve pipe 8 and connected to a piston rod 21. Thirdly, a pile is arranged in a space of the beam frame 5 so as to be broken off by the presser force of the piston rod 21. Clod entering between the cutter 29 and the guide wall is discharged from a hole 44 formed in the bottom side of the beam frame 5. This constitution can support the cutter 29 only by the both sides adjacency of a corner part so as to avoid the stoppage of the tool 29 by entered clod.
