To provide a device for burning a mixture of water and oil, which can dispose water used for treating industrial wastes.
The device comprises a combustion heater 30 having a casing. A burner portion 34 is arranged on substantially the central axis of the casing with the front end of the burner portion being positioned at the center of the casing. A spiral pipe 36 is arranged in the casing, and mixed liquid of water and oil is supplied therethrough with a pressure of more than given value. The front end of the pipe 36 communicates with the rear end of the burner portion 34. The burner portion 34 comprises a cylindrical main body, a linear pipe which is arranged on the central axis of the main body so as to communicate with the spiral pipe, and a nozzle 48 attached to the tip of the linear pipe. The burner portion 34 is provided with an opening at substantially the central portion of its main body so as for the air supplied from a blower 54 to pass therethrough, a first air rectifying blade at the front end thereof, and a second air rectifying blade at a portion between the front end and the opening.
