Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate absolute coordinates of high quality in a short period using a data received by a GPS.
SOLUTION: A base line analyzing means 10 executes base line analysis using GPS observation data collected by a GPS receive systems equipped in a point (unknown point) desired to calculate the absolute coordinates, a point (neighboring point) neighboring thereto, and a point (IGS point) opened by an agency such as the IGS. A broadcasting history, a prompt report history or a final history of the used GPS is selected in response to a measuring distance in the base line analysis. An absolute coordinate calculating means 12 updates all the time the absolute coordinates of the neighboring point and the IGS point using as a reference the IGS point where the absolute coordinates are defined. An absolute coordinate calculating means 14 calculates the absolute coordinates of the unknown point based on the absolute coordinates and the base line analysis between the unknown point - the neighboring point, or based on the absolute coordinates of the IGS point and the base line analysis result between the IGS - the unknown point.
