Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for calibrating a vibration pick-up, in which a vibration mirror and the vibration pick-up can be directly attached to a movable body with no use of an attachment jig.
SOLUTION: A device 4 for calibrating a vibration pick-up is composed of a magnetic pole structure including magnetic poles 43a, 43b and an exciting magnetic coil 45 inherent to the poles 43a, 43b and the like, and a movable body 48 having a movable coil 49 and adapted by vibrated under magnetic action between the movable coil 49 and the magnetic poles 43a, 43b, relative to the magnetic structure 43, the magnetic structure 43 being formed thereon with a through-hole 44 which extends along the magnetic core, the movable body 38 having an inner surface side facing the magnetic pole 43 and provided with a vibration mirror 50 for reflecting back a laser beam which has been incident through the through-hole 44 in the magnetic structure 43, so as to allow the laser beam to pass again through the through-hole 44. Further, the movable body 48 is attached at its outer surface with a vibration pick-up attaching part for removable attaching the vibration pick-up 51.
