PURPOSE: To allow freezing and refrigerating for a long time even during parking under a burning sun by providing a cold storage material in the cooling evaporator of a freeze room and a refrigeration room.
CONSTITUTION: The device is constituted of a refrigerant compressor 1, a refrigerant condenser 3, a temperature-operating expansion valve 6 which is a cooling decompressor, a cooling refrigerant evaporator 8, a constant-pressure expansion valve 10 which is a freezing/refrigerating decompressor, a freezing refrigerant evaporator 11, a refrigerating refrigerant evaporator 12, a refrigerator 23, and a freezer 36. The refrigerator 23 has an opening with an openable door and includes a refrigerating cold storage unit incorporating the refrigerating refrigerant evaporator 12 and a refrigerating cold storage material. The freezer 36 includes a freezing cold storage unit incorporating the freezing refrigerant evaporator 11 and a freezing cold storage material and is provided in or near the refrigerator 23.
