A fuel carrying pump 3 forms a constitution unit with a pump 5 carrying air. The suction side of the pump carrying air is connected with a brake force booster of an automobile to generate negative pressure. The carrying pump 3 and the pump 5 carrying air are coaxially arranged, are arranged within a common casing 1 and are revolved and driven by a common drive shaft 15. The pump carrying air which is arranged within the common casing 1 of the carrying pump is constituted as a vane pump and has a rotor which is supported within the casing 1 and is revolved and driven.
