PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture a casting product having a little impurity and excellent quality by using this device, which does not mix impurities of slag, etc., floated up in molten metal supplied into a mold, etc., and easily supplies the fixed quantity and has good workability.
CONSTITUTION: A ceramic-made cylinder 7 providing a cylinder suction hole 5 for sucking the molten metal 3 in a molten metal holding furnace 2 and cylinder discharging hole 6 for discharging the sucked molten metal 15, is arranged and a ceramic-made piston 8 inserted as freely sliding into the cylinder 7 is arranged, and a ceramic-made molten metal carrying tube 9 connected as communicating with a cylinder discharging hole 6 is arranged. Further, at the other end of the molten metal supplying tube 9, a molten metal supplying hole 10 is formed and also, a ceramic-made non-return valve 11 for permitting carry of the molten metal 3 into the molten metal supplying hole 10 in the molten metal carrying tube 9 from the cylinder 7 and preventing reverse flow into the cylinder 7 from the molten metal supplying hole 10 side, is arranged at intermediate part between the cylinder discharging hole 6 for the molten metal carrying tube 9 and the molten metal supplying hole 10.
