Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: When the molten metal quantity of lead alloy in the ladle 1 reduces to the specified min. quantity, the new molten lead alloy is introduced with a supplying pipe 6 from lower part than the molten metal surface 4' at this time. The pouring port 3 composed of plural small holes is arranged at the position of lower part than the molten metal surface 4' at the time of reducing to the one side surface of the ladle 1. At the time of waiting, the pouring port 3 is made to be closed with a cover 7 so that the molten metal in the ladle 1 is not leaked to the outside of the ladle 1 from the pouring port 3. At the time of tilting the ladle 1 in the mold direction by making a rotary shaft 5 the center, the cover 7 is parted from the pouring port 3 and the molten metal is poured into the mold from the ladle 1. By this method, partial lacking and uneven wt. of a grid body can be prevented.
