Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a changeover device of plating bath, that can change over a plating bath without solidifying the plating liquid in a short time and can easily execute the maintenance, without need to arrange a special shifting device and also, without using complicated heating type piping.
SOLUTION: Plural sub-pots 2, 3 are set at the position near a main pot 1 in a hot-dipping metal coating line. A shifting carriage 6 supporting a ceramic- made trough 5 is set on the floor 4 between the main pot 1 and plural sub-pots 2, 3. The ceramic made trough 5 has such length as to connect between the position at the inside of the main pot 1 in the one end and the position at the inside of the sub-pots 2, 3 in the other ends and also, can be inclined to the main pot side and the sub-pot sides.
