PURPOSE: To easily, speedily and appropriately check the compatibility of various kinds of management control data even by a person with little management knowledge in a management control system.

CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted of an input part 3 which inputs instruction information for processing data of a management control database where various kinds of management control data in an optical period are time- sequentially stored with an input device 2 so as to store it in an account title information table 7, a compatibility checking part 4 which retrieves the management control database 1 in accordance with processing instruction information stored in the account title information table 7, respectively sums-up financial system data and sales system data and executes the comparison of an item with which a value has to be coincident so as to detects data contradiction, a check result output part 5 which executes the edition of a compatibility judgement result being the processing result of the compatibility checking part 4 and data concerning compatibility into an output form and an output device 8 which outputs data edited by the check result output part 5.
