To provide a device for checking the operation of a water level valve, which enables the operation of the water level valve to be checked in a short period of time.
This device for checking the operation of the water level valve comprises a holding vessel for storing water so as to floating a tiltable float of the water level valve which is provided in a water tank, and a movement mechanism for moving the holding vessel with the stored water to a position to float the float. The movement mechanism comprises: a supporting rail, both the ends of which are turnably supported by bearings and the longitudinal intermediate part of which is provided with a spiral; a guide rod which is provided in parallel with the supporting rail and both the ends of which are fixed to the bearings; a moving nut which is provided with a spiral hole meshing with the intermediate part of the supporting rail and a hole allowing the penetration of the guide rod, and which makes the holding vessel fixed to an outer edge; and a handle for turning the supporting rail.
