Abstract:
PURPOSE: To process position signals even outside a plate cylinder and securely sense the proper register position of a printing plate without substantial time and labor for the structural technology.
CONSTITUTION: For the purpose of taking out signals of measurement fillers 21 and 22, at least one contact face 28 providing measurement signals is formed on the measurement fillers in the range of a clamping rail 3, and at least one of sensing heads 29 and 30 disposed on the frame side and supported movably on a plate cylinder 1 in compliance with the number of provided contact faces 28 is disposed on the frame side. When the plate cylinder 1 is moved to the position of the angle set for bringing the printing plate into contact with the clamping rail 3, respective sensing heads 29 and 30 are brought into contact with the contact faces 28.
