PURPOSE: To provide a device for invalidating visual or physical access to coins at the time of the exchange of parts constituting a dispenser.
CONSTITUTION: This device for classifying and storing articles such as coins inputted to the dispenser of merchandise or service as payment is provided with a coin inputting unit 10 connected with a selector 14 which classifies the articles. The exist of the selector 14 is connected with a receiving plate 56 and a holding means 16 for the receiving plate 56, and the articles can be introduced to the receiving plate 56, final storing means 55 of the articles, or freely attachable/detachable cyclic dispenser which can store the articles for a little while, and introduce the articles to the receiving plate 56 or a cash box 22. The cyclic dispenser is provided with at least two vertical tubes 25, and a means which prevents visual and physical access to the inside part of the tubes 25 when the tubes 25 are at a prescribed position.
