Abstract:
PURPOSE: To clean completely the roller interval by disposing a series of nozzles distributed in the vertical direction of the roller interval above the roller interval and facing a liquid without being in contact with, introducing blowing air into the nozzles and discharging the liquid from an end face of one side of each of the rolls.
CONSTITUTION: In a device for cleaning the roller interval, which is formed between two rollers 1 and 2 extended in two axial directions of a rotary printing machine filled with a liquid 4, a series of nozzles 7 distributed in the vertical direction of the roller interval and faced to the liquid 4 without being in contact with are disposed above the roller interval formed between the rollers 1 and 2. At least one control valve is postposed in the nozzles 7, and blowing air is introduced into the nozzles 7 from one sides of the rollers 1 and 2. As a result, the complete cleaning of the roller interval is guaranteed to avoid the dry adhesion of varnish or ink particles.
