PURPOSE: To quickly change over coiling machines arranged on the way of a working treating line of a band metal.

CONSTITUTION: A tension reel device 30 is arranged on the way of the working treating line for passing the band stainless steel. At the downstream side, a belt wrapper device 33 for surely guiding the tip part at the time of coiling the tip part of the band stainless steel onto the reel 32 is arranged. The belt wrapper device 33 is retreated from the pass line at the time of passing the band stainless steel in the whole working treating line. In the retreated position, a guide table 34 is extended from the downstream side. A movable type guide plate 35 is arranged between the tension reel device 30 and a deflector device 37, and the tip part of the band stainless steel coiled around the reel 32 is surely guided to the lower part of the reel 32. At the upper part of the reel 32, an inserted paper supplying device 36 is arranged and the inserted paper for preventing the slip flaw between layers is surely supplied to the tension reel device 30.
