The device for collating the fixing implement for the radiation therapy comprises: a first storage means set to the fixing implement for fixing the subject receiving the radiation therapy, for storing the identification information of the fixing implement; a second storage means for storing the identification information of the fixing implement specific to the subject together with the therapy plan data of the subject; a read means for reading the identification information of the fixing implement from the first storage means set to the fixing implement for fixing the subject; and a collation means for collating the identification information of the fixing implement read in the read means and the identification information of the fixing implement stored in the second storage means.
