PURPOSE: To improve characteristics of fuel atomization by arranging an inner tube equipped with a valve seat cooperated with a valve element at its end, coaxially with a slender casing connecting pipe part which can be communicated with a fuel connection part and is projected to a lower side, and sectioning an annular chamber communicated with an air connection part between the inner pipe and the casing connecting pipe part.

CONSTITUTION: This device has a casing 10 equipped with a fuel connection part 11 and an air connection part 12, and the casing 10 is equipped with a slender hollow casing connecting pipe part 14 fitted in a middle part 13 and projected to a lower side, a casing insert part 15 in which an electromagnet 16 is enclosed, and the like. The connecting pipe part 14 has an ejection orifice 18 at a free end part, and an inner tube 19 is inserted coaxially with this connecting pipe part 14. The inner pipe 19 is held between the middle part 13 and an insert part 15 by a flange 20 in the inside of the casing 1, and equipped with a valve seat 34 cooperated with a valve element 35. An annular chamber 21 is sectioned between these inner tube 19 and connecting pipe part 14, and communicated with the air connection part 12.
