To simplify a device structure remarkably by connecting a high pressure chamber to a high pressure leading pipe though an outlet opening port in the case where an inner chamber for forming a low pressure chamber in rotary cylindrical body having the work outer surface of a perforation on at least a part thereof to an inlet opening port.
A rotary cylindrical body 3 in a high pressure chamber 2 formed in a casing 1 is driven by a motor 7 arranged on the outer side of the casing 1. The circumferential surface of the rotary cylindrical body 3 is provided with a perforation 8 which is formed by a penetrating hole having a small diameter and a small hole and which is arranged in a radial direction, uniformly on all circumferences. The gas molecule from inlet openings 5, 9 is inserted in the rotating rotary cylindrical body 3 by operation of a device, and it is carried outside passing the perforation 8 in a radial direction by generating centrifugal force. When the molecule is out from the outer peripheral surface of the rotary cylindrical body 3, it is compressed by a pressure difference generated between a low pressure chamber 4 or the rotary cylindrical body 3 and the high pressure chamber 2, and it is discharged passing the outlet opening port 6.
