Abstract:
To provide a device for confirming the operation of a buffer with a high degree of efficiency in a short time.
Adjusting parts of a head guide 12 are secured to the perimeter of a rubber block 1 of a buffer by butterfly screws 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d while they are slid right and left so that they are arranged on the top surface of the rubber block 1. Further, a guide fixing belt 11 is inserted through a retainer guide 11, and is then wound around the outer periphery of a cylinder 4. With this arrangement, when a handle of a small-sized wind-up device 9 is rotated in order to wind up a rope 17, thereby it is possible to depress a plunger 2.
