Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple device containing hollow fibers for the culture or preservation of cells in the hollow fiber and provide a method for the use of the device.
SOLUTION: The device containing hollow fibers is provided with a cell suspension flowing tube 1 having a single opened end, a hollow fiber fixing part 3 attached to the other end of the cell suspension flowing tube and one or more hollow fibers 4 each having a sealed end and an opened end, connected to the cell suspension flowing tube 1 at the opened end and passing through the hollow fiber fixing part 3 in a liquid-tight state.
