Abstract:
To provide a gas balance control device capable of optimizing the mixing ratio of low purity hydrogen gas to high purity hydrogen gas by automatizing a hydrogen gas purity control operation forming a non-linear control system large in time-lag.
An energy-supplying system is used for mixing plural gases [e.g. high purity hydrogen gas (G1) and low purity hydrogen gas (G2)] with each other and subsequently supplying the mixture to a gas-consuming device (A). Therein, the energy-supplying system is provided with a purity control member for controlling e.g. G2, so that the purity of the gas in A is a prescribed purity, and with a pressure control member for controlling, e.g. G1, so that the pressure of the gas in A is a prescribed pressure.
