Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the setting operation and work when one computer peripheral equipment is shared by users by transmitting various operation mode item data being internal processing environment reproduction data to be set by the computer peripheral equipment to a host machine.
CONSTITUTION: The device is equipped with a bi-directional interface 19 connecting a host machine (PS) 1 having a means storing data to be sent to a computer peripheral equipment (NP) 3 and data to be received from the NP 3 and the NP3 operating based on control data from the PS 1. A means (file server) 2 sending internal processing environment reproduction data required to restart the processing under the equivalent environment to the PS 1 is provided on the NP 3. Thus, the reproduction of the internal processing environment is enabled.
