PURPOSE: To use the eccentric drum of a two-speed motor differently by stages, by combining a pressure control valve and directional control valves with each other.
CONSTITUTION: When a directional control valve 37 is put in its neutral position and another directional control valve 29 is put in a position A or B and pump working liquid is conducted to a motor 30, the inlet pressure of the motor is transmitted to the liquid chambers 47, 52 of a pressure control valve 36. When the force of a spring 50 and the spool pushing force of a piston 48 receiving the inlet pressure of the motor 30 are equal to each other, an H-port, a tank port, an X-port and a Y-port are shut off. In that state, the eccentric drum 8 of an eccentricity mechanism 18 remains in an intermediate position. When the inlet pressure of the motor 30 has risen, the spool is moved rightward so that the H-port and the X-port communicate with each other and the Y-port and an R-port communicate with each other. The working liquid from a high pressure selection valve 33 flows into the cylinder 5 of the eccentricity mechanism 18 and another cylinder 6 communicates with a tank so that the eccentricity of the eccentric drum 8 is increased.
