The invention is characterized in that its device is provided with throttle valve for regulating intake air volume, a bypass air volume regulating valve for regulating bypassing air volume in a bypass passage, an ignition coil capable of performing multiple ignition for causing an ignition plug of the same cylinder to spark at multiple times per one cycle, a bypass air volume control means for controlling the bypass air volume regulating valve so that an engine rotating speed gets at a target engine rotating speed, an ignition timing feedback control means for feedback-controlling the ignition coil so that ignition timing of the ignition plug becomes target ignition timing, and a multiple ignition control means for controlling the ignition coil so as to cause multiple ignition of the ignition plug.
