PURPOSE: To improve accuracy in judging the condition of an operator by providing not only a means judging the condition of the operator based on both information obtained by a brain information analysis means and the specific data of the operator stored by a memory means but also a means providing warning actuation to the operator depending on the condition decided on the part of the operator.

CONSTITUTION: An operator 26 puts a brain magnetism detecting device 3 in a cap form on his head. The input terminal of a brain information analyser 14 is connected with a receiver 12, and the output terminal of the analyser 14 is connected with a judging equipment 15. The output terminal of the judging equipment 15 is also connected with a notice selector 20 and an actuating gate 26 other than a recorder 18 and an indicator 19. When the judging equipment 15 outputs signal indicating 'abnormal condition', for example, signals corresponding to a phase 'zero' or '1', the notice selector 20 outputs voice notice signals to a speaker 22 first, and also outputs drive signals to a lever 23 striking the operator when no action is taken by the operator 26, and furthermore outputs drive signals to an oscillator 24 when no specific corresponding actuation is still taken yet.
