Title:
DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING EVAPORATED GAS IN FUEL TANK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3391326
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inner pressure of a tank even if the control valve arranged in a passage communicating a fuel tank body and an evaporated gas collector does not open when oil is supplied.
SOLUTION: A valve device 34 comprising pressure relief valve 32 and an oil supply valve 30, a passage 36 bypassing the valve device 34, and a communication device 39 comprising a relief valve 38 provided in the passage 36 are arranged in a part on the side of the fuel tank body 10 in the breather line 28 connecting the fuel tank body 10 and a canister 26. In the case where the control valve 34 is left closed because of breaking down, as a result, the inner pressure of the fuel tank body 10 is not decreased, an engine is driven by the output signal from a controller 22, and the relief valve 38 is opened by the intake negative pressure of the engine.
