PURPOSE: To prevent a shock to an IC chip and convey said IC chip smoothly by connectingly providing an inclined rail to a horizontal rail while providing a feed rod at a connecting part and providing a stopper mechanism and a feeding member on the lower end part of said inclined rail.
CONSTITUTION: A feeding member 15 is provided in an integrated form with a stopper 18 and kept in a state of the solid line, to stop an IC chip 1. Then a shaft 11 is rotated to push out the IC chip 1 with a roll 15 right over the chip 1. At this time, a stopper 9 stops the following IC chip groups separating them from the chips 1 ahead of them. Then, when the chips 1 is moved to a horizontal part 3 and as a reflecting sensor 25 detects the chip 1, a feed rod 5 is extended from a driving part 6 to feed the IC chip 1 to the following process. By this structure, it is possible to convey a chip smoothly without inflicting a shock to the chip.
