Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform such control that speeds or positions of many bodies to be driven having different dynamic characteristics are quickly synchronized in not only the steady state but also the transient state.
CONSTITUTION: Feedback control systems F1 to Fn are provided with bodies L1 to Ln to be driven. The synchronous controller for speeds or positions of many bodies to be driven is provided with a feed forward control part F1 which takes one of feedback control systems F1 to Fn as a core feedback control system and receives individual deviation signals e11 to e1n and standard signals eil to ein of feedback control systems to obtain synchronization error signals ε1 to εn-1 between the core feedback control system and the other feedback control systems and obtains a synchronizing signal and feed forward compensation signals eo1 to eon, which converge individual deviation signals, and gives the feed forward compensation signals to feedback control systems F1 to Fn.
