PURPOSE: To prevent an abnormal stoppage of a compressor due to a low-pressure cut, when reversion of the operation from condensation-preventive operation to ordinary cooling is effected, by restoring the operation capacity of the compressor and the air capacity of the outdoor fan at a specified interval of time in effecting the restoring.
CONSTITUTION: When the liquid-pipe temperature falls below a specified condensation- judgment temperature during cooling operation, a means 51 for condensation-preventive control controls the operation capacity of a compressor 1 and the air capacity of an outdoor fan 12 in such a way as to reduce both the capacities so that the liquid-pipe temperature will rise by the correction of the operation conditions. When the liquid-pipe temperature recovers to a specified point above the condensation-judgement temperature, first a means 52 for restoring capacity controls the compressor 1 in such a way as to make it resume an operation capacity on the high capacity side and, when a specified time has passed subsequently, a means 53 for restoring air capacity controls the outdoor fan 12 in such a way as to make it resume an air capacity on the high air-capacity side. Thus, only the operation capacity of the compressor 1 is first increased while the air capacity of the outdoor fan 12 is left unchanged so that a violent fall in the high pressure can be suppressed.
