Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accrately stop a slide at the top dead center even when the operation modes of a press are different.
CONSTITUTION: The relation between a press velocity and the top dead center stop ship angle is housed in EEPROM 24 corresponding to the driving mode of a press, and the upper/lower limit top dead center stop slip angle corresponding to the press velocity is housed in ROM 22. A CPU 26 writes data inside the EEPROM 24 and the ROM 22 in DPRAMs 20a, 20b. CPUs 10a, 10b fetch the driving mode and the press velocity signal, find the rotation angle of a driving shaft to output the drive stop signal to C/B valves 14, 15 based on the data inside the EEPROM written in the DPRAM, and output the drive stop signal to the C/B valves 14, 15 when the input press angle reaches the found value.
