Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable use of a vehicle by plural users each having different taste by providing a changing means for changing control characteristic data stored in a memory means depending on a user. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means A which detects the using environment and/or the operating condition of a vehicle, and a required information input means B in which the required informations of users are inputted are provided in the device in the caption. A control characteristic correcting means C corrects at least one of the control sensitivity of the vehicle, control algorithm, and a control quantity based on a required information. And, the detected quantity of using environment or operating condition of the vehicle is judged by a judging means D based on the corrected control characteristic, and a vehicle characteristic is set by a setting means E according to the judged result. The control characteristic data corrected by the correcting means C is stored in a memory means F, while in this case, the stored control characteristic data can be changed by a changing means G depending on a user.
